Neways Electronics (former BuS Elektronik), founded in 1991, develops and produces electronic boards and modules tailored to customer specifications. More than
200 customers first and foremost in the fields of industrial electronics, medical and safety technology, as well as automotive electronics will be served competently by the EMS provider. Beginning in the development phase, to design, testing concept, material management, production, logistics, distribution and finally, after sales service, Neways Electronics always offers its customers the ideal solution along the entire value-added chain.
A wide range of development services from circuit design to equipment development are complemented by professional prototyping, environmental and EMC measurement technologies. The manufacturing facility incorporates universal lines as well as productspecific islands, both of are featured with state-of-the-art SMT, THT and press fitting equipment. The process capability of components ranges from 0201 chips to ICs with a 0.4 mm pitch, BGAs, ceramic substrates, flexible and oversized PCBs (610 x 534 mm) through to shield plates and action pins. In addition to the standard technologies, including placement, soldering, testing and mounting, a large number of specialized technologies such as varnishing and potting, will be offered as well.
