Several years of research together with our partners and more than a year of intensive development work in our own company have lead to the designing of three-dimensional textiles with a thickness up to 60 mm. For this, different fields of application have been taken into consideration by using diffrent textiles functions and surfaces.

In the case of the so developed textiles Space Air and Space Flex, so-called loop piles interconnect two textile planes. Arranging and knitting the loop piles generate zones with diffrent structures and hardness.






Official institutiones, such as LGA-Laboratories in Nuremberg, have tested our products. The results have shown that the three-dimensionality is maintained even under conditions of long-lasting and intensive stress and that the so-caused deterioration of functionality is not more important than that of comparable materials.
